Roland J. Leal, Licensed Yacht Broker

A lifelong boater and fisherman, Roland has a passion for all things marine. His over 22 years of experience in the boating industry along with his involvement in numerous fishing tournaments provides hands on knowledge and understanding when assisting a fellow angler/boater in their search for the perfect vessel.

Roland has worked in the marine industry since 2001, representing a variety of well known new boat brands through the years such as Wellcraft/Scarab, Century, Regulator, Bluewater, Sailfish, Rinker, Concept, Sea Hunt, and Mako to name a few. He has hands on experience in boat service as well as evaluation and inspection of pre-owned vessels.

 

In his off time, Roland enjoys fishing both inshore and offshore in the Florida Keys. He has competed in many fishing tournaments including Grove Slam, Islamorada Poor Girls Sailfish Tournament, UM Hall of Fame Celebrity Dolphin Tournament, Guy Harvey Blazing Mako Tournament, Big Dog Fat Cat KDW Shootout, and Skipper's Dolphin Tournament. He also enjoys golf, cars, and volunteering with Marrvelous Pet Rescues. He resides in Key Largo with his wife Lorie and their rescue dog.
